AN ANALYSIS OF THE NEW MOUSESPORTS ROSTER

It has been rumoured for weeks, and now it's confirmed: Finn ‘Karrigan’ Andersen is back under the mouz tag. Together with woxic and frozen the trio completes the new Mousesports roster.

It's not the first time Karrigan wears red and white: The Danish veteran played alongside Chris ‘chrisJ’ de Jong in 2014 and had a short spell with the German organisation in 2013 with a German speaking team.
The buyout of Karrigan is reportedly as high as $150,000, called out by North-American powerhouse Faze Clan.
With Karrigan, Mousesports does get an experienced IGL, who is on to every dodge and knows how work is done under pressure. He can lead inexperienced players and help them overcome obstacles, which tackle the team and the player himself.

The next in line is Özgür ‘woxic’ Eker.
The 20 years old applied his skills for HellRaisers and now takes over the reins from Tomáš 'oskar' Šťastný, who is moved to the bench.
The youngster is experienced on big stages and averaged a 1.16 rating in the last three months.
The Turk should be a safe and sound deal, as woxic is already playing in an international roster and showed what he’s capable of against the best in the world under pressure.

Together with chrisJ, both could end up as a deadly duo in a double AWP setup.
The Dutchman showed his abilities with the big green over and over again and is capable of competing at the very top of the world with any sniper rifle.

The final piece of the puzzle comes with a young gun: 16 years old David ‘frozen’ Čerňanský.
Boosting a 1.23 rating over the last three months, shows how promising this young Slovak is.
It will be interesting to see how fast he can adapt to the top of the world and how he’ll deal with any problems like higher skill level, a new in-game leader and big stages.
A big plus: Since the start of 2019 frozen played for NoChance in an international environment and had time to adjust to a new language.

It’s not the first time Mousesports does trust in their scouting abilities, in 2017 Robin ‘ropz’ Kool was brought into the lineup, back then the Estonian was 17 years old and joined his first professional team after raising eyebrows in FPL and being picked by veterans Dennis ‘dennis’ Edman and Nikola ‘NiKo’ Kovač as a potential breakout player for 2017.
Today the 19 years old is a rock-solid pillar of the new mouz roster.

This roster is a mix of everything Counter-Strike has to offer at the moment, from proven, experienced players to young talents with nearly no experience at the top level of the game.
All five players played in international teams recently, which should be a big plus for the start of this roster, if the team is capable for more, will be seen anytime soon.
