What went wrong for TL, a team known for its firepower and strong individuals?
Underperforming stars
Twistzz averaged a 0.63 rating on Mirage, with only eight kills in 27 rounds, but in contrast to NAF, he could correct his performance at the 2nd map Inferno (1.23 rating).

The 2nd player I want to highlight is Aleksi 'Aleksib' Virolainen. The 21 years old Fin had ten first kills and a 1.21 rating that paved the way for the Finnish side.
Midround and economic mistakes
Team Liquid showed some poor timings at their pushes on Mirage, and together with some mysterious force buys the North American mix condemned themselves.
nitr0 and especially AdreN are to blame for those decisions, especially adreN should be their pulse at rest, to calm down and protect the in-game leader from making mistakes of this type.
Most important the team did not go for any map control, be it Mid on Mirage or Banana on Inferno.
You have to hold this against adreN and nitr0.
