WHY FNS LEAVING EUNITED COULD BE WHAT THE TEAM NEEDED

Pujan 'FNS' Metha announced a few hours ago that he is on his way out of the Canadian-American mix.
After a poor showing in Katowice, losing twice, (to FURIA & TeamOne) the team went out in the last place.
FNS joined eUnited just 3 months ago, having trouble with several lineup changes, it seemed that the team found success after qualifying for America's minor.
However, things went different, than planned.
In Poland the team impressed with a bad performance, though the Brazilians did great at this Minor, the NA mix showed that they were not ready for qualifying, having problems closing out maps and responding to enemy's T-side.
Now, a week later, FNS decided to take a step back.
The team now consists of:
23 years old Will 'dazzLe' Loafmen
Michael 'dapr' Gulino, who is 20 years old
the Canadian Kaleb 'moose' Jayne, 20 years old
and their newest addition: 24 years old Austin 'Cooper-' Abadir.

FNS leaving is the best the young team could hope for, right to the motto: Every cloud has a silver lining.
FNS' rating in the last three months does speak volumes: 0.88 rating with 0.53 kills per round,
for comparison: Michael 'dapr' Gulino is the next in line with a 1.08 rating.
FNS was, together with 20 years old dapr, who attended his first big event with the team,
the worst player of the team at the minor in Poland.
The rare success the team found at the event, for example, the first half on Cache against TeamOne, showed that their only victory was coming from set pieces, which the team played great on A-Site and their textbook mid-take.
After switching to CT side, the team showed how inflexible their CT side was and that FNS was not able to avoid at 16:14 loss, though the team played a 12:3 T side.
The fact that they made 12 rounds on T side, were not only their executions but mistakes by TeamOne who won their three rounds by changing things up and not waiting for eUnited to repeat their strikes on the A-site:
BIT was pushing B to mid getting a kill and mid control in an ECO round, boosted up trk getting two crucial kills on the A-site in a force buy and after a bomb loss from FNS pushing alone through a smoke in front of B entrance.
eUnited has some young guns, which a looser, more modern play style does fit better, react on your enemy, not letting him adapt first, and that is not what FNS is playing.
His static play style is outdated, I can remember only one round where they faked A site and did go B, I don't know if it was even planned.
The fact that TeamOne did take only three rounds playing CT is, that BIT did not adjust his players to the A site, or at least play with a numerical advantage.
As soon as the first smoke hit 'Z' mid was abandoned by TeamOne, though rotating one player to the A site TeamOne was way too passive to interrupt eUnited's setup.
Some people might say that FNS is a good IGL for greenhorn teams, but FNS is teaching a way of
Counter-Strike, which is not going to be played anymore.
We can see the downfall of this slow-paced style with an emphasis on heavy executes and nearly no room for individuals stepping up, more and more, this is not only FNS' problem but also BIT's.
The young generation coming up is not playing this style, but a technique which does rely on fast rotations, raw aim and utility usage, the meta of CS:GO is way quicker than the older ones.

All in all: Wind of change is blowing, FNS leaving could be what the team needed to conquer new frontiers.
True to the motto slow and steady wins the race, we can only hope that the four-man core does stick together and set sail for the next Major.
